| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma üriner sistem taşı nedeni ile ameliyat olan hastaların ameliyat sonrası ağrılarını tanılamak amacıyla yapıldı. Tanımlayıcı nitelikte olan araştırma İnönü Üniversitesi Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi, Üroloji Kliniğinde Haziran 2013-Ağustos 2014 tarihleri arasında yürütüldü. Araştırmanın evrenini bu klinikte üriner sistem taşı nedeniyle ameliyat olan tüm yetişkin hastalar oluşturdu, örneklemi ise bu hastalar arasından araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü ve olasılıksız rastlantısal örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 134 hasta oluşturdu. Veriler Hasta Tanıtım Formu ve Kısa McGill Ağrı Soru Formu kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşme yöntemiyle toplandı. Verilerin analizinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, Kruskal Wallis varyans analizi, bağımsız gruplarda t testi kullanıldı. Yapılan analizler sonucunda hastaların orta şiddette ve en fazla sancı verici nitelikte ağrı deneyimledikleri belirlendi. Araştırmada 28-37 yaş grubunda, kadın, daha önce ameliyat öyküsü olan, böbrek taşı nedeniyle ameliyat olan, perkütan nefrolitotomi ameliyatı uygulanan ve genel anestezi ile ameliyat olan hastaların ağrı şiddetinin istatistiksel olarak önemli düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu saptandı (p<0.05). Üriner sistem taşı nedeniyle ameliyat olan hastaların ağrı tanılamasının yapıldığı bu araştırmanın sonucunda; hastaların orta şiddete ve en fazla sancı verici nitelikte ağrı deneyimledikleri belirlendi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research, due to the urinary system stone patients having surgery was performed to diagnose postoperative pain. Descriptive research Inonu University Turgut Ozal Medical Center, Urology Clinic was conducted between June 2013-August 2014. In this clinical population of the study all adult patients who operated due to urinary system stone created, the sample of these patients volunteered to participate in the study and 134 patients selected with probability random sampling method created. Data Patient Identification Form McGill Pain Questionnaire, and the Short was collected by face to face interviews using. Data for the analysis of the number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Kruskal-Wallis analysis of variance, independent samples t test were used. As a result of the analysis conducted in patients with moderate to severe pain, and they were experiencing the most painful qualified. In research, 28 to 37 age group , women with a history of previously operated, who operated due to kidney stones, percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients who underwent surgery with general anesthesia and pain intensity was statistically significantly higher in the patients.
