| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasında Y1-xSmxBa2Cu3Oy örnekleri katıhal reaksiyon yöntemi ile hazırlanmıştır. Bütün örnekler için kalsinasyon sıcaklığı 8500C?de 24 saat olarak seçilmiştir. Kalsinasyondan sonra örneklere 9300C'de 24 saat ısıl işlem uygulanmıştır. Örneklerin mikroyapısal, elektriksel ve manyetik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda en iyi kritik geçiş sıcaklığı, en iyi kritik akım yoğunluğu ve en iyi akı çivileme kuvveti Y0.0Sm1.0Ba2Cu3Oy örneğinde gözlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis Y1-xSmxBa2Cu3Oy samples have been prepared by using solid-state reaction method. The calcination was chosen as temperature at 8500C for 24 hours. After calcination for all samples step the samples were heat treated at 9300C for 24 hours. After than microstructural, electrical and magnetic properties of the samples prepared were investigated. As a result of this study it was obtained that, the best critical temperature, critical current density and pinning force were observed for Y0.0Sm1.0Ba2Cu3Oy sample. | en_US |
