| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk Dil Kurumu Türkçe Sözlük'teki Batı kökenli sözcükleri geldikleri dillere göre ayırarak, açıklamalarıyla birlikte listelemek ve bu sözcüklerin sayı ve yüzde değerlerini ortaya koyarak, dilimizdeki Batı kökenli sözcüklerin yoğunluğuna dikkat çekmek, bunlardan Türkçe karşılıkları olanların karşılıklarının kullanılması yönünde teşvik edici olmak ve dilimizdeki Batı kökenli yabancı unsurların kullanılmaması yönünde bilinç uyandırmaktır. Çalışma, dilimizin tarihi gelişim süreci hakkında kısa bir bilgi; sözlük, sözlükçülük kavramları ve bu kavramların kısa tarihçesi; dilimize yabancı unsurların etkileri ve bu etkilerin nedenleri ile TDK Türkçe Sözlük (10. Baskı)'e göre Batı kökenli sözcüklerin listelenmesi ve sayı değerlerinin ortaya konmasıyla oluşmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to classify the words in Turkish deriving from Western Languages in accordance with their origins, and list them together with their meanings and while revealing the total numbers and the percent values of these words to raise concern about their intensive usage in Turkish, to be exhorting for the usage of the Turkish corresponding words instead of those ones of Western Languages origin and raise awareness to neglect the usage of the words of Western origin constituents in Turkish language. The study was conducted by presenting some basic information on the historical development process of Turkish, lexicon, lexicography concepts and a brief history of these concepts; the effects and the reasons of the foreign constituents in Turkish, and also by listing and expressing the words of Western origin in accordance with the Dictionary of Turkish, Edition 10th of TLI. | en_US |
