Tenisçilerde pliometrik ve direnç antrenmanlarının bazı motorik ve performans parametlerine etkisi

Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışma kadın tenisçilerde pliometrik ve direnç antrenmanlarının bazı motorik ve performans parametrelerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal ve Metot: Çalışmanın evrenini Van ilinde tenis oynayan lisanslı 40 kadın oluştururken örneklemini 11-13 yaşları arasında olan lisanslı 36 kadın katılımcı oluşturdu. Katılımcılar kümeleme analizine göre kontrol (n:12), direnç antrenmanı (n:12) ve pliometrik antrenman (n:12) olarak rastgele üç gruba ayrıldı. Kontrol grubu rutin tenis antrenmanlarına devam ederken, deney gruplarına tenis antrenmanlarına ek olarak on hafta boyunca haftada üç gün pliometrik ve direnç antrenmanları yaptırıldı. Katılımcıların çalışma öncesi ve sonrasında kuvvet, esneklik, 10m sürat, 20 metre mekik koşusu, çabukluk-çeviklik, vücut yağ yüzdesi, anaerobik ve aerobik güç, dinamik denge, forehand, backhand ve servis hızları ile isabet oranları ölçüldü. Çalışma verileri SPSS paket programı ile analiz edildi. Bulgular: Pliometrik ve direnç antrenman grubundaki katılımcıların pençe kuvveti, VKİ, esneklik, 10 m sürat, çeviklik-çabukluk, 20m mekik koşusu, AOS testi yer vuruş hassasiyeti ve servis atışı, vuruş hızı, WAnT zirve güç ve ML denge ön test-son test ortalamaları kontrol grubundan daha yüksekti. Sonuç: Teniste sürat, çeviklik, çabukluk, anaerobik güç, forehand, backhand ve servis isabet oranları ve vuruş hızları gibi performans parametrelerini geliştirmek için pliometrik ve direnç antrenmanlarının antrenman programlarına eklenmesi önerilebilir. Aim: This study conducted to investigate some motoric and performance parameters of plyometric and resistance training in female tennis players. Material and Method: The population of the study consisted of 40 licensed female playing tennis in the province of Van, while the sample consisted of 36 licensed female participants aged between 11 and 13. Participants were randomly divided into three groups as control (n: 12), resistance training (n: 12) and plyometric training (n: 12) according to the results of cluster analysis. While the control group continued their routine tennis training, experimental groups were given plyometric and resistance training three days a week during 10 weeks. Strength, flexibility, 10m sprint, 20-meter shuttle run, agility, percentage of body fat, anaerobic and aerobic power, dynamic balance, forehand, backhand and service speeds and accuracy were measured before and after the training. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS package program. Results: The pre-test and post-test averages of grip strength, BMI, flexibility, 10m sprint, agility, 20m shuttle run, AOS ground hitting precision and service shot test, stroke speed, WAnT peak power and ML balance in the pliometric and resistance training groups were higher than control group. Conclusion: In order to improve performance parameters such as speed, agility, quickness, anaerobic power, forehand, backhand and service hit rates and stroke speeds in tennis, it may be recommended to add pliometric and resistance training to routine training programs.
