Cerrahi hemşirelerinin baş ağrısında kullandıkları tamamlayıcı tedavi ve geleneksel yöntemler

| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma Diyarbakır Lice Halis Toprak Vakfı Devlet Hastanesinin cerrahi hemşirelerinin baş ağrısında kullandıkları tamamlayıcı tedavi ve geleneksel yöntemlerini kullanma durumlarını belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. Veriler Kasım- Aralık 2013 tarihleri arasında toplandı. Araştırmanın evrenini Diyarbakır Lice Halis Toprak Vakfı Devlet Hastanesinin cerrahi kliniklerinde çalışan 50 hemşire oluşturdu. Evrenin tümü örneklem grubu olarak alındı. Herhangi bir örnekleme yöntemine gidilmedi. Veriler Tanıtıcı Özellikler Formu, Tamamlayıcı Tedavi ve Geleneksel Yöntemlerini Belirleme Formu kullanılarak, araştırmacı tarafından yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak toplandı. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 16.0 paket programı kullanılarak sayı ve yüzde hesaplaması ile değerlendirildi. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre cerrahi kliniklerde çalışan hemşirelerin % 56'sı kadın ,%54'ü 25-30 yaşları arasında, %60'ı lisans mezunu idi. Hemşirelerin % 64'ü baş ağrısı olduğunda ilk olarak ilaç kullanmayı tercih ediyorlardı. En fazla kullanılan geleneksel yöntemlerin müzik tedavisi (%68), uyumak (%64) ve masaj ve manüplasyon(%60) olduğu tespit edildi. Sonuçlar baş ağrısı olan cerrahi hemşirelerinin önemli bir bölümünün tamamlayıcı tedavi yöntemlerinden müzik tedavisini kullandığını göstermektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out as a descriptive in order to determine the use of the cases of the supplementary treatment and traditional methods of the surgical nurses who work at Diyarbakır Lice Halis Toprak Foundation State Hospital and have a headache. The data were collected between November and December ,2013. The study focused on the 50 nurses , worked at the surgical clinicals of Diyarbakır Lice Halis Toprak Foundation State Hospital. Sample is taken as the entire universe. Not go to any sampling method. The data were collected through the face to face interview technique by a surveyor by using The Form of İntroductory Characteristics and The Form of Determination of the Complementary Treatment and Traditional Methods.The data collected were evaluated with number and percentage calculation by using the SPSS 16.0 packet program . Acording to the findings obtained in the survey 56 % of the nurses working at the surgical clinicals were women, 54 % of them were between 25 and 30, 60 % of them were bachelor's level. 64% of nurses headache when choosing drugs were initially.İt was determined that the most used traditional methods were music therapy (68 %) , sleep (64 % ) and massage and manipulation (60 % ). The results indicate that an important percentage of the surgical nurses with headache use of complementary treatment music therapy the most. | en_US |
