Lomber disk herni ameliyatı olan hastalarda algılanan sosyal destek ile yaşam kalitesi arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu araştırma, lomber disk herni ameliyatı olan hastaların algıladıkları sosyal destek ile yaşam kalitesi arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Nöroşirürji kliniklerinde lomber disk hernisi ameliyatı olan 50 hasta çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Veri toplamada, kişisel bilgi formu, SF 36 Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği ve Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği (MSPSS) kullanıldı. Hastaların, mesleğine ve oturduk-ları ev tipine göre yaşam kalitesinin esenlik alt boyutundan, cinsiyetine göre ise yaşam kalitesinin global yaşam kalitesi alt boyutundan aldıkları puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulundu(p<0.05). Hastaların cinsiyetine göre arkadaştan (p<0.05) eğitim durumlarına (p<0.05) ve mesleklerine göre (p<0.01) hemşireden algıladıkları sosyal destek puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık vardı. Yaşam kalitesi ölçeği ve MSPSS alt boyutları puan ortalama-larından; fonksiyonel durum (r=0.398, p<0.01), esenlik (r=0.330, p<0.05) ve global yaşam kalitesi (r=0.367, p<0.01) ile aile desteği alt boyutları arasında orta düzeyde olumlu ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edildi. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda, lomber disk hernisi ameliyatı olan hastaların yaşam kalitesinin yükseltil-mesi ve sosyal destek gereksinimlerinin karşılanması için hemşirelerin uygun girişimlerde bulunması önerilebilir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This study has been carried out to investigate the relationship between the social support perceived and the life quality of patients undergone lumbar disc hernia operation. The sample of consisted of 50 patients who undergone lumbar disc hernia operation in Neurosurgery Clinics. Personal information form, SF 36 Life Quality Scale and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support-MSPSS were used in collecting data. The difference between the mean points the patients got from the subdimension of the welfare of the life quality according to the occupation and the house they are living in and the mean points (p<0.05). While the difference between the mean points of social support they perceived from the nurse according to their education level and from their friends according to the gender were found to be statistically slight level significant (p<0.05), the difference between the mean points of social support they perceived from the nurse according to occupation was found to be statistically high level significant (p<0.01). From the subdimensions mean points of life quality scale and MSPSS, between the subdimensions functional condition (r=0.398, p<0.01), welfare (r=0.330, p<0.05), and global life quality (r=0.367, p<0.01) and perceiving support from family was found statistically to be significant and the positive correlation in moderate.
