Aydın’da Bir Merkez Sağlık Ocağı Bölgesinde Form 005-Gebe-Lohusa İzleme Fişlerinin Değerlendirilmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Aydın’daki bir merkez sağlık ocağının 2000 yılına ait Gebe-Lohusa İzleme Fişlerindeki kayıtların değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı bir hizmet araştırmasıdır. Sağlık ocağı bölgesinden rastgele seçilen 184 adet form değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Doldurulma oranı en çok olan bölüm %96.7 ile “gebelik sonucu” ve en az olan ise %17.4 ile “kadınların pelvis durumu” değişkenleridir. Gebe kadınların yaş ortalaması 26.61±5.35 yıl; %7.1’i 15-19 yaş grubundadır. Gebe kadınların ortalama ilk evlilik yaşı 21.53±3.79 yıl, ilk gebelik yaşı 22.38±3.89 yıl, gebelik sayısı 2.07±1.20, canlı doğum sayısı 1.20±0.85’dir. Bu gebeliklerinde, ilk tespit haftası 18.19± 8.91 ve toplam izleme sayısı 4.54± 2.10’dur. Lohusaların ilk izlem günü ve izlem sayısı ortalamaları, 14.25±16.34, 2.10±0.87’dir. Gebelik öncesi kadınların altısı (%3.3) RIA, biri (%0.5) hap, sekizi (%4.3) kondom ve sekizi (%4.3) geri çekme yöntemi ile korunmaktaydı. Gebelerin %75.5’inde TT1 ve %70.1’inde TT2 aşısı bulunmaktaydı. Gebelerin %44.8’i gebelik ve lohusalık dönemlerinde en az bir kez evde bulunamamıştır. Sonuç: Çalışmanın yapıldığı sağlık ocağı bölgesinde kadınları evde bulamama sorunu yaşanmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, gebelik tespiti Sağlık Bakanlığı’nca önerilen 12. haftadan sonra yapılabilmekte ve en az altı izleme sayısına ulaşılamamaktadır. TT1 ve TT2 oranları yüksektir. Kurumun adolesan gebelik, aile planlaması yöntem başarısızlığı ve evde bulamama sorunlarının nedenlerini ve çözümlerini incelemesi gerektiği düşünülmüştür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the current study was to assess the year 2002 records of the Pregnancy-Puerperium Evaluation Forms of one of central health centers in Aydın province. Material and Method: It was a descriptive study. Randomly selected 184 forms from the health center area were assessed. Results: The most filled area of the form was “the result of the pregnancy” (%96.7) and the least was the pelvic assessment (17.4%). Mean age was 26.61±5.35 years; 7.1% were in 15-19 years age group. Means were 21.53±3.79 years for first marriage, 22.38±3.89 years for first pregnancy, 2.07±1.20 for pregnancies, and 1.20±0.85 for alive deliveries. Mean of first visit 18.19± 8.91 week, mean of total controls was 4.54± 2.10. There were 6(3.3%) women used intrauterine device, 1(0.5%) used oral contraceptives, 8(4.3%) used condom, 8(4.3%) preferred coitus interrupters before pregnancy. The rations of TT1 and TT2 were 75.5% and 70.1%. At least one time, 44.8% of pregnant women could not be found at home during the visit. Conclusion: There was a problem that women could not be found at home during the visit. So, the first visit could be performed after 12th weeks of pregnancy and visited for at least six times, as offered by Ministry of Health. The ratios of TT1 and TT2 were high. It was thought that the health center should assess the reasons and the solutions on the problems, namely failure of family planning methods, adolescent pregnancy and being not at home during the visits. | en_US |
