Turqualıty desteği alan firmaların bulanık bwm ile ihracat rekabetçiliklerinin değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Uluslararası ticari işlemlerin sürekli değişmesine paralel olarak ihracatın yapısı, boyutu ve pazar seçim kriterleri de evrim geçirmeye devam etmektedir. Bu dinamizm kaçınılmaz olarak rekabetçiliği de beraberinde getirmiştir. Belirli bir ekonominin büyüme faktörü olarak ihracatın önemi de hacmine, yapısına ve eğilimine bağlıdır; bu da bir ülkenin ihracat oranı ve rekabet gücünün çalışmasıyla ilgilidir. İhracat rekabetçiliğinin verimli bir şekilde sağlanması için devlet destekleri kapsamında teşvikler ön plana çıkmaktadır. İhracatın devlet tarafından teşvik edilmesiyle, dış ticaret pazarlarının genişletilmesi, dünya ihracatındaki pazar payının ve dış pazarlara giren firmaların rekabet avantajının artırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Devlet teşvikleri kapsamında yer alan Turquality; dünyada devlet destekli ilk ve tek markalaşma programına sahip olması nedeniyle dış ticarette Türk Malı imajının uluslararası arenada tanıtılmasına olanak sağlamaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemlerinde biri olan Bulanık BWM ile Turquality desteği alan firmaların ihracat rekabetçiliğinde dikkat ettiği hususların önem ağırlıkları ölçülmüştür. Değerlendirmeye alınan firmaların sektörleri; gıda, tekstil, mobilya, demir-çelik, yatırım, otomotivden oluşmaktadır. Çalışması yapılan firmaların uluslararası rekabet ortamında deneyimledikleri fırsatlar ve zorluklar onların daha rekabetçi kılabilecek kriterlerin belirlenmesi ve önem derecelerin göre ağırlıklandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda 6 firma ile fiziksel görüşmeler yapılarak 7 kriter belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen kriterler sırasıyla; markalaşma, sürdürülebilirlik, finansal piyasalar, tedarik zinciri, rakip analizi, yerel pazar dinamikleri ve farklılaşmadır. Belirlenen kriterlerden en iyi kriter markalaşma (0,232) ve en kötü kriter farklılaşma (0,109) olarak tespit edilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: İhracat, Rekabetçilik, Turquality, Teşvik, Bulanık BWM
In parallel with the constant change in international commercial transactions, the structure, size and market selection criteria of exports continue to evolve. This dynamism inevitably brought competitiveness with it. The importance of exports as a growth factor of a particular economy also depends on its volume, structure and trend; this is related to the study of a country's export rate and competitiveness. Incentives come to the fore within the scope of state supports to ensure export competitiveness efficiently. By encouraging exports by the state, it is aimed to expand foreign trade markets, increase our share in world exports, and increase the competitive advantage of companies entering foreign markets. Turquality, which is within the scope of government incentives; since it has the first and only state-supported branding program in the world, it allows the image of made in turkey in foreign trade to be promoted in the international arena. In this thesis study, the importance weights of the issues that companies receiving turquality support pay attention to in export competitiveness were measured with the fuzzy best worst method, one of the multi-criteria decision making methods. Sectors of the companies evaluated; ıt consists of food, textile, furniture, iron and steel, investment and automotive. It is aimed to determine the opportunities and difficulties experienced by the companies studied in the international competitive environment, criteria that can make them more competitive, and to weight them according to their degree of importance. In this regard, physical interviews were held with 6 companies and 7 criteria were determined. The criteria obtained are respectively; branding, sustainability, financial markets, supply chain, competitor analysis, local market dynamics and differentiation. Among the determined criteria, the best criterion was branding (0.232) and the worst criterion was differentiation (0.109).
