Küreselleşme sürecinde ulus devletin akıbeti: Ulus devlet sonda mı, vizyonda mı?

| dc.description.abstract | Özet Bu çalışmada küreselleşme ile ulus devletin etkileşiminin ve ulus devletin küreselleşme sürecinde akıbetinin, küreselleşme tartışmalarında yer alan gruplardan olan “Dönüşümcüler”in cephesinden ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla hazırlanan çalışmada, tarihsel ve betimsel araştırma tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle, ulus devlet ve küreselleşmenin tarihsel gelişimine, daha sonra da küreselleşme ve ulus devletin etkileşimine değinilerek çalışma sonlandırılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda, küreselleşme sürecinde ulus devletin gücünün ve etkinliğinin aşındırıldığı, ulus devletin iktidar ve egemenlik kaybına uğratıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ancak bu süreçte ulus devletin gücü ve etkinliği her ne kadar aşındırılmış olsa da, ulus devletin Kapitalist sermaye birikiminin devamlılığını sağlaması için vazgeçilemeyen bir seçenek olduğu ve günümüzde ulus devletin sonda değil, vizyonda olan bir aktör olduğu sonucuna erişilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract In this study, the interaction of globalism with the nation-state and the outcome of the nation-state in the course of globalism are taken into account to be explained from the perspective of „Transformists‟ who are one of the counterparts in globalism discussions. In this study, we have benefited from historical and descriptive research methods. The historical development of the nation-state and globalism are taken into account first in this study and then the paper ends with the interaction between globalism and the nation-state. At the end of this study, it is figured out that the power and the operational force of the nation-state has been eroded during the globalisation process and this nation-state has lost its capability and dominance, but no matter how much the power and the dominance of the nation-state has been taken away during this process, the nation-state is still an indispensable option for the continuity of the capitalist capital accumulation and the nation-state is not at the end but it is with the vision today. | en_US |
