Kardiyoloji yoğun bakım hastalarının hemşirenin varlığını algılamaları ile konfor düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırma kardiyoloji yoğun bakım hastalarının hemşirenin varlığını algılamaları ile konfor düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ve ilişkisel olarak yapıldı.Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma, Temmuz 2022- Temmuz 2024 tarihleri arasında Diyarbakır il merkezinde bulunan Diyarbakır Selahaddin Eyyubi Devlet Hastanesi Kardiyoloji yoğun bakım ünitesi'nde tedavi gören 164 hasta ile yapıldı. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Hemşirenin Varlığını Algılama Ölçeği ve Genel Konfor Ölçeği kullanıldı. Araştırmada yer alan verilerin analizi SPSS (Statistical Program in Social Sciences) 24.0 programı ile gerçekleştirildi.Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hastaların %48.8'i 50 yaş ve üstü, %51.2'si kadın, % 81.1'i evli, %30.5'i işçi, % 54.3'ü ortaokul mezunu ve %69.5'i orta gelirli olarak bulundu. Araştırmaya katılan hastaların Hemşirenin Varlığı Ölçeğinden aldıkları toplam puan ortalamasının 94.98?8.88 ve Genel Konfor Ölçeğinden aldıkları toplam puan ortalamasının 130.10?8.15 olarak bulundu. Çalışmada HVÖ toplam puanı ve GKÖ toplam puanı arasında istatistiki açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü orta kuvvetli bir ilişki olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç: Kardiyoloji yoğun bakım hastalarının hemşirenin varlığını algılama durumları ile konfor düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu, hastaların hemşirenin varlığını algılama durumları arttıkça konfor düzeylerinin de arttığı belirlendi.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hasta, Hemşirenin varlığı, Kardiyoloji yoğun bakım, Konfor düzeyi
Aim: This descriptive and correlational study was conducted to determine the relationship between cardiology intensive care unit patients' perception of nurse presence and their comfort levels. Material and method: The study was conducted with 164 patients who were treated in the Cardiology intensive care unit of Diyarbakır Selahaddin Eyyubi State Hospital in Diyarbakır city center between July 2022 and July 2024. Personal Information Form, Perception of Nurse Presence Scale and General Comfort Scale were used to collect the data. The analysis of the data in the study was performed with SPSS (Statistical Program in Social Sciences) 24.0 program.Results: Of the patients who participated in the study, 48.8% were 50 years of age or older, 51.2% were female, 81.1% were married, 30.5% were workers, 54.3% were middle school graduates and 69.5% had middle income. The mean total score of the patients who participated in the study was 94.98?8.88 on the Nurse's Presence Scale and 130.10?8.15 on the General Comfort Scale. In the study, it was determined that there was a statistically significant and positive, moderately strong relationship between the total score of the HVS and the total score of the GCS.Conclusion: It was determined that there was a positive correlation between the perception of the nurse's presence and comfort levels of cardiology intensive care unit patients, and as the patients' perception of the nurse's presence increased, their comfort levels also increased.Keywords: Cardiology intensive care unit, Comfort level, Nurse presence, Patient
