dc.description.abstractTüm dünyada yapılan araştırmalara göre hipertansiyon, en sık rastlanan hastalıklardan biri özellikle yaşlı cerrahi hasta grubunda en sık görülen yandaş hastalık olarak bildirilmektedir. Genel anestezi altında elektif ameliyat geçiren hastalarda kardiovasküler nedenlerle görülen morbidite ve mortalitenin en önemli risk faktörü hipertansiyondur. Hipertansif hastalarda laringoskopi sonrası arter basıncı ve kalp atım hızındaki dalgalanmalara özellikle dikkat edilmelidir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAccording to research from all over the world hypertension, is one of the most common diseases, especially in elderly surgical patients has been reported as the most common co-morbid diseases. Cardiovascular reasons in patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia, the most important risk factor for morbidity and mortality in hypertension. Arterial pressure and heart rate in hypertensive patients after laryngoscope should pay particular attention to fluctuations.en_US
