| dc.description.abstract | Kur'ân'da Yer Almadığı İddia Edilen Âyetler Meselesi nesh konusunun "metni mensuh hükmü bâkî" ve "hem metni hem de hükmü mensuh" iki alt başlığı olarak tefsir ve 'ulûmu'l-Kur'ân kitaplarında yüzeysel bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Nesh konusu hakkında birçok eser yazıldığı halde, bu eserlerde konuya gerekli ehemmiyetin gösterilmediği gözlenmiştir. Konu temel hadis kitaplarında dağınık bir şekilde yer almakta olup öncelikle rivayetlerin tespit edilip bir araya getirilmesi gerekiyor. Daha sonra ise tarihi süreçte hadis şarihlerinin ve fakihlerin bu rivayetleri nasıl değerlendirdiklerini, bunlara bilgi değeri açısından nasıl yaklaştıklarını ortaya koymak ve son olarak bu rivayetlere âyet denilip denilemeyeceğinin de tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. | dc.description.abstract | The case of "The Verses Asserted Not To Accrue In The Qur'an" was evaluated superficially in the books (studies) of exegesis (tafsir) and Ulumu'l-Qur'an (The Qur'anic Sciences) as subtitles of Naskh subject which are "An Abrogation Of Recitation But The Injunction Remaining Valid" and "An Abrogation Of A Qur'anic Injuction With The Recitation Of The Verse Itself". Although many and different kinds of books were written about the naskh in the Qur'an, It was seen that this subject was neglected and not studied in an detailed way. The information and narrations relating to this subject in the main hadith books need to be determined and put together since they are in a scattered situation. After this activity, it is necessary to determine how the hadith commentators and faqihs (islamic scholars) evaluated thsese narrations and what they thought about their epistemic value in the continuing historical process and finally to reveal wheter it can be said "verse" or not for them. This study is a detailed analysis and aims to reach a consistent solution about the case of "The Verses Asserted Not To Accrue In The Qur'an". | en_US |
