| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın temelini, teorik düzeyde, meslek sosyolojisinin uğraşı alanlarından; sosyal yapı ile mesleki yapı arasındaki karşılıklı münasebetler, sosyal yapıdaki değişme ve gelişmeler ile mesleki yapıdaki değişme ve gelişmeler, sosyal tabakalaşma ile meslek, sosyal hareketlilik ile meslek arasındaki ilişkiler ile ilgili konular oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın uygulama yönüyle de, ortaya konulan varsayımlar, farklı bir sosyal çevre gibi görünen Malatya'dan elde edilen verilerle irdelenip yoklanmaya çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
