dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı Afet Ilgaz'ın yazdığı Değişen Sevgiler, Annem Annem, Karadaylak, Çocuklarda Savaştı, adlı çocuk romanlarının Sosyal Bilgiler dersindeki 18 değerin ne kadarını içerdiğini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu çerçevede Sosyal Bilgiler, Değer, Değer Eğitimi ve Afet Ilgaz ile ilgili gerekli bilgiler toplanarak, araştırmaya konu olan kitaplar temin edilmiş ve gerekli incelemeler yapılmıştır. Sonuçların analizine göre; kitaplarda en çok geçen değerin, en az geçen değerin, kitapta hiç bulunmayan değerlerin hangileri olduğu saptanmış ve çocuk kitaplarının Sosyal Bilgiler dersi değerlerini ne kadar barındırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Devamında ulaşılan sonuçlar, daha önce yapılan benzeri araştırmalarla karşılaştırılarak benzer ve farklı yönleri ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Böylelikle yapılan çalışmanın alan yazındaki yeri ve önemi ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma ile ulaşılan diğer bir sonuç ise çocuk kitaplarının Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretiminde hangi konu başlıkları ve değer öğretiminde tercih edilebileceğinin belirlenmesidir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to reveal how many of the 18 values in the Social Studies course are included in the children's novels named Changing Loves, My Mother My Mother, Karadaylak, Children's War, written by Afet Ilgaz. Document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. In this context, the necessary information about Social Studies, Value, Value Education and Afet Ilgaz was collected, the books subject to the research were obtained and the necessary examinations were made. According to the analysis of the results; It was determined which values were most frequently mentioned in the books, which values were least frequently mentioned, and which values were not found at all in the books, and it was determined to what extent the children's books contained the values of the Social Studies course. Subsequently, the results were compared with previous similar studies and their similarities and differences were revealed. Thus, the place and importance of the study in the literature was revealed. Another result reached by the study is to determine which topics and values teaching children's books can be preferred in teaching Social Studies course.
