| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Sivas ilinin başlıca nüfus coğrafyası özellikleri konulu bu çalışma, 1927-2000 yılları arasındaki il nüfusunun niteliklerini coğrafi bir bakış açısıyla ele almıştır. İç Anadolu Bölgesi’nin Yukarı Kızılırmak Bölümü’nde yer alan Sivas ili, bu bölümün nüfus, sosyo-ekonomik açıdan en büyük ilini oluşturur. 2000 yılı genel nüfus sayımı sonuçlarına göre nüfusu 755091’dir. Nüfus özelliklerinin belirlenmesinde Sivas’ın sosyo-ekonomik yapısı etkili olmaktadır. Şehir ve kır nüfusu arasında cinsiyet oranları açısından farklılıklar söz konusudur. Kırsal kesimde kadın, şehir kesiminde erkek nüfus fazladır. Yine yüzölçümü 28549 km² olan Sivas ilinin nüfus yoğunluğu 2000 yılında 26 km²/kişidir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In this study, the main features of population geography of Sivas have been carried out to determine the population characteristics of the province between the years 1927-2000 from a geographical point of view. The province Sivas, located in the Yukarı Kızılırmak subregion of the Inter Anatolian, is the biggest province of the region in terms of population, socio- economic characteristics. According to the result of general population registration, its population is 755 091. Socio- economic structure of Sivas is affective in the designation of the variety of its population. There are differences in the rate of sexuality between the city and countryside. There are more women in the countryside, more men in the city. The province Sivas, which is 28549 km², has the population density of 26 km² per person in 2000. | en_US |
