dc.description.abstractİnönü Üniversitesi Turgut Öza! Tıp Merkezi, Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvanna mikrobiyolojik tetkik için gönderilen 470 servikal sürüntü örneğinin mikrobiyolojik analizi yapıldı. Bu amaçla direkt yaş preparat, gram yöntemi He boyanmış preparat ve aerop kültür sonuçları değerlendirildi. Kültürü yapılan örneklerin 81'inde (% 17.2) potansiyel patojen mikroorganizmalar saf kültür halinde veya vajen normal flora üyelerine göre baskın olarak üredi. Bu mikroorganizmaların 48'i (%59.3) Candida, 10'u (%12.3) G.vaginalis, 9'u (%11.1) B grubu Streptokok, 7'si (%8.6) E. coli, 4'ü (%5) S. aureus, 3'ü (%3.7) Enterokok olarak tanımlandı. Servikal sürüntü örneklerinin 243'ünde (% 51,7) vajen normal flora elemanları üretilirken, 132 örnekte bakteri üretilemedi. Örneklerin 14'ünde % 3) T. vaginalis trofozoiti görüldü.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe microbiological analysis of samples from women with suspected gen i ta! infection The microbiological analysis of 470 cervical specimens sent to the microbiology laboratory of Turgut Özal Medical Çenter was done. For this purpose, direct Gram smear, wet preparations and aerobic culture results were evaluated. Eighty-one (%17.2)of 470 samples were positive for potential pathogens, as pure culture or dominant growth. Of these 48 (59.3%) were Candida, 10 (12.3%) G. vaginalis, 9 (11.1 %) group B streptococcus 7 (8.6%) E.coH, 4 (5%) S.aureus, 3 (3.7%) Enterococcus. Two hundred fourty three of 470 (%51.7) samples were evaluated as normal vaginal flora. In 132 of 470 samples were no growth. Trichomonas vaginalis trophozoites were founden_US
