dc.description.abstractIn this study, the design of the magnetic fluid core transformer, which is a new approach and the characteristics of the output voltage values at different frequencies are investigated The Output voltage characteristics at different frequencies are investigated by adding magnetic fluid into the air-core transformer made of non-magnetic material The results are presented in tables and graphs. It is observed that at high frequency values, the electrical characteristics and the output characteristics of the designed prototype transformer are similar to those of industrial transformers. It has been concluded that magnetic fluid core transformers are advantageous in some applications in comparison with solid metal core transformers. Results are presented comparatively.en_US
