Özet
Green supplier selection is an essential element of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), particularly for industries with a substantial environmental footprint, such as textiles. This study presents an innovative multi-criteria decision-making framework by combining the Fuzzy Logarithmic Decomposition of Criteria Importance (Fuzzy LODECI), Fuzzy Maximum of Criterion (Fuzzy MAXC) and Fuzzy Magnitude of the Area for the Ranking of Alternatives (Fuzzy MARA) method. The integration of these fuzzy techniques addresses the challenges presented by the criteria under uncertainty. The developed model is used in the textile industry, focusing on a business in Malatya province, Turkey, to assess the suitability of green suppliers. Fuzzy LODECI and Fuzzy MAXC are utilized to determine the criteria weights, while Fuzzy MARA ranks the suppliers, offering an effective solution to the green supplier selection. This study is the first to introduce the Fuzzy LODECI, Fuzzy MAXC and Fuzzy MARA techniques and demonstrates its practicality in a real-world scenario. The results highlight the potential of this hybrid approach to optimize supplier selection while balancing economic goals with environmental sustainability. This research provides an insightful contribution to the literature and offers a reliable decision-making framework for companies seeking to enhance their green supply chain practices. © The Author(s) 2025
