Özet
Bu çalışma Büyük Selçuklu döneminin öne çıkan şairlerinden ve devlet yönetiminde defterdarlığa kadar yükselmiş Tuğrâî'nin hayatını, eserlerini ve ünlü Lâmiyyetü'l-Acem kasidesini hiciv, medîh ve şevkâ yönleriyle ele almaktadır. Tuğrâî'nin Lâmiyye kasidesinin Klasik Arap Edebiyatının son dönemlerine yetişmiş olması ve dünya edebiyatında çeviri ve şerhleriyle gördüğü değer ele alınmıştır. Farklı dönemlerde ortaya çıkmış olmalarına rağmen bu eser, Şenferâ'nın Lâmiyyetü'l-Acem kasidesiyle ilişkilendirildiğinden, Şenferâ'nın hayatına ve Lâmiyyetü'l-Arab kasidesine de değinilmiştir. Çalışmada eserin daha iyi kavranması için şairin yaşamış olduğu dönem sosyal, ekonomik ve edebî açıdan değerlendirilerek devrin şiir ve şairlerine de yer verilmiş, eserlerinden örneklerle incelenmiştir. Lâmiyyetü'l-Acem'de yapılan hicviye ve methiyelerin kimlere ve hangi sebeplerle yazıldığı üzerinde durulmuştur.
This study deals with the life, works and famous Lâmiyyetü'l-Acem ode of Tuğrâî, one of the prominent poets of the Great Seljuk period and who rose to the position of treasurer in the state administration, with its satire, eulogy and enthusiasm aspects. The fact that Tuğrâî's Lamiyye ode has reached the last periods of classical Arabic literature and its value in world literature with its translations and commentaries are discussed. In addition, since this work is associated with Şenferâ's Lâmiyyetü'l-Acem ode, although it appeared in different periods, Şenferâ's life and Lâmiyyetü'l-Arab ode are mentioned. In order to better understand the work, in the study, the period in which the poet lived was evaluated from a social, economic and literary perspective, and the poems and poets of the period were included and examples from his works were examined. It was emphasized who made the satires and eulogies in Lâmiyyetü'l-Acem and for what reason.
