| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı 21. yüzyıl ses sanatınının yaratı alanını kuramsal ola- rak betimlemek ve buradan hareketle etkleşimli bir ses enstalasyonu tasarlamaktır. Bu yüzden çalışmanın ilk aşamasında sesin tarihsel süreç içerisindeki değişimi an- latılmış ve 21. yüzyıla değin sesin nasıl bir sanatsal pratik haline geldiğine yönelik kuramsal çerçeve oluşturulmuştur. Buna ek olarak ise 21. yüzyıl ses sanatında ta- sarım ve enstalasyon pratikleri incelenmiştir. Kuramsal çerçevenin son bölümünde Türkiye'de bu alanda eğitim veren kurumlar ve bu alanda yapılan çalışmalara yönelik bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise sonik sanatların hangi sanatsal akımlar ile ilintili olduğu, bu etkileşimin sonik sanatlardaki pratiklere etki edip etmediği saptanmaya çalışılmış yine 21. yüzyıldaki günümüz sonik sanatların- daki pratikler üzerine saptanan bulgular yorumlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte etkleşimli bir ses enstalasyonu tasarımında kullanılabilecek yazılımlara yönelik bir araştırma yapılmıştır.Çalışma kapsamında yapılan tasarımda açık kaynak kodlu yazılımların kullanılmasının ne gibi olanaklar sağlayabileceği tasarımda müzik teknolojisinin han- gi olanaklarından yararlanıldığı ve tasarım yapılırken 21. yüzyıl ses sanatının hangi pratiklerinden faydalanıldığına yönelik bulgular incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise elde edilen bulguların ışığında etkleşimli bir ses enstalasyonu tasarlanıp ilgili konuma yerleştirilmiş ve çalışmanın nasıl tasarlandığı ile ilgili bilgiler paylaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to describe the creation space of 21st century sound art theoretically and thus to design an interactive sound installation. Therefore, in the first phase of the study, the evolution of the sound-art throughout history was explained and a theoretical framework was established to reveal how sound became an artistic practice until the 21st century. In addition, design and installation practices of 21st century sound art were explored. In the last part of the theoretical framework, a survey about the institutions providing education in this field in Turkey was conducted and a review of the existing literature in this field was presented. In the second part of the study, it is investigated which art movements are related to the sonic arts and whether this interaction has an effect on the practices in sonic arts. The effects of this interaction on the practices in today's sonic arts are interpreted. Besides, a research has been carried out for software that can be used in the design of an interactive sound installation. In consideration of the design which made within the scope of this study, the opportunities provided by using open source software, the facilities offered by the music technology and the findings of the 21st century sound art practices have been investigated. In the last part of the study, an interactive sound installation was designed in the light of the findings obtained and placed in a proper location and information about the design of this installation was provided. | en_US |
