Immunologic, endocrine, metabolic, and vascular changes that occur during pregnancy may adversely affect the skin. This article describes a patient who developed erythema annulare centrifugum during pregnancy. The eruptions disappeared shortly before delivery. To the author's knowledge, this is only the third report of erythema annulare centrifugum associated with pregnancy. This article discusses the possible connections between erythema annulare centrifugum and pregnancy that may be demonstrated in this case.en_US
