dc.description.abstract2010-2011 yılları arasında Ortadoğu ve Arap ülkelerini etkisi altına alan Arap Baharı, 2011 yılında Dera'da başlayan gösteriler sonucunda Suriye'ye de ulaşmıştır. Suriye'deki Arap Baharı süreci, diğer Arap ülkelerine kıyasla daha şiddetli geçmiş ve Dera'da başlayan bu eylemler tüm ülkeyi etkisi altına almıştır. İç savaşa dönüşen bu eylemlerden en çok sivil halk etkilenmiş ve bunun sonucunda da Suriye'den yoğun bir göç dalgası başlamıştır. Bu göç hareketinden en fazla etkilenen ülkelerin başında Türkiye gelmektedir. Türkiye'de 2020 yılı itibari ile kayıtlı, kayıtsız yaklaşık beş milyona yakın Suriyeli mülteci ikamet etmektedir. Yoğun göç dalgasının yarattığı en büyük sorunların başında ise güvenlik sorunu gelmektedir. Zaten ekonomik ve siyasi açıdan gerginliklerin yaşandığı ülkemizde, sayısı yaklaşık beş milyonu bulan Suriyeli mültecileri entegre etmenin yarattığı zorluklar, gerilimi daha da tırmandırmaktadır. Ayrıca yaşanan bu göç dalgasıyla birlikte Türkiye'nin güney sınırına yönelik terör tehdidi de artmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Suriye'den Türkiye'ye kitlesel göç dalgasının Türkiye'nin hem iç güvenliğini hem de sınır güvenliğiyle olan ilişkisini tespit etmektir. Çalışmada konunun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için göç ve güvenlik kavramları detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmış ve Suriye özelinde göçün Türkiye'nin güvenliğine olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada Göç ve güvenlik ilişkisi kapsamında Suriye iç savaşından kaçarak ülkemize göç etmiş ve yerel halk ile iç içe yaşamaya başlamış olan Suriyeli mültecilerin Türk toplumuna uyum sürecinin nasıl çözülmesi gerektiği açıklanmaya çalışılmış ve Türkiye'ye sığınan mültecilerin sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik, siyasal ve güvenlik alanında etkileri ve olası güvenlik sorunları da ele alınmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Arab Spring, which affected the Middle East and Arab countries between 2010 and 2011, reached Syria as a result of the actions that started in Dera in 2011. The Arab Spring process in Syria was more violent compared to other Arab countries, and these actions that started in Dera affected the whole country. Civilian people were affected the most by these actions, which turned into a civil war, and as a result, an intense wave of immigration from Syria started. Turkey is one of the countries most affected by this migration movement. As of 2020, nearly five million registered and unregistered Syrian refugees reside in Turkey. One of the biggest problems created by the intense migration wave is the security problem. In our country, where economic and political tensions are already experienced, the difficulties created by integrating the Syrian refugees, whose number has reached approximately five million, further escalate the tension. In addition, with this migration wave, the terrorist threat against Turkey's southern border has started to increase. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship of the mass migration wave from Syria to Turkey with both Turkey's internal security and border security. In the study, the concepts of migration and security are explained in detail in order to better understand the subject, and the effect of migration on Turkey's security in Syria is examined. In addition, within the scope of the relationship between migration and security, it has been tried to explain how the integration process of Syrian immigrants who fled the Syrian civil war to our country and started to live together with the local people should be solved, and how the integration process of the immigrants who took refuge in Turkey should be solved in the social, cultural, economic, political and security areas. effects and potential safety issues are also discussed.en_US
