Özet
The inscriptions known as Hoyto-Tamir or Tayhar-Çuluu inscriptions are located on a huge rock mass in central Mongolia. On the same rock mass are the inscriptions written in different alphabets such as Runic, Uighur, Sogd, Mongolian, Phags-pa, Tibetan and Arabic. Several studies have been conducted on the Runic texts initially published by W. Radloff in 1895. The present article consists of a new transcription of the texts written with Runic letters. The article also evaluates the previous studies of transcription on these texts, differences in these transcription are indicated with footnotes. There is a word index appended to the article. © 2017 Hacettepe University 1. All rights reserved.
