dc.description.abstractPsikiyatri uygulamaları dışında genel tıp pratiğinde, hekimlerin psikotrop ilaçları hangi sıklıkta yazdıklarını ve en çok hangi grup ilaçları tercih ettiklerini araştırmak istedik. 25 uzman hekim, 34 araştırma görevlisi ve 43 pratisyen hekimin Türkiye piyasasında bulunan psikotrop ilaçları son 1 yıldır hangi sıklıkta yazdıklarını kendi bildirimleri ile araştırdık. Uzman hekimlerin %60 ’ı diazepam, %40 ’ı opipramol ve %28 ’i moklobemidi reçetelerine yazarken; araştırma görevlilerinde de ilk üç sıra benzer olmuş, %58.8’i diazepam, %52.9’u opipramol, %41.7’si moklobemid ve amitriptilini yazmışlardır. Pratisyen hekimlerin %86.0’sı opipramol, %67.4’ü amitriptilin, %65.1’i moklobemid, %62.7’si de diazepamı yazmışlardır. Psikotrop ilaçların, özellikle antidepresanların pratisyen hekimler tarafından çok sık yazıldığı görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractWe aimed to investigate how often psychotrophic drugs were prescribed and which group of drugs were preferred by general practitioners and other physicians in medical practice except pschiatry. Among 25 specialists, 34 residents, and 43 general practitioners (GP), the frequency of prescribing for the psychotrophic drugs present on Turkish markets in the last year was evaluated by using self-reports. 60% of the specialists wrote diazepam, 40% of those opipramol and 28% of those moclobemide; the first three ranks were similar for residents, 58.8% of those wrote diazepam, 52.9% of those opipramol, 41.7% of those moclobemide and amitriptyline. GPs wrote with a frequency of 86.0% for opipramol, 67.4% for amitriptyline, 65.1% for moclobemide, 62.7% for diazepam. Psychotrophic drugs, especially antidepressant ones, were seen to be written very often by GPs.en_US
