Özet
Bu çalışmada, Malatya ili sınırları içerisinde yer alan Kubbe Dağı (Kale/Malatya)'ında bulunan iletim demetli bitki türleri 2016 Nisan ayından 2017 Temmuz ayına kadar araştırılmıştır. Araştırma alanından 1.093 bitki örneği toplanmıştır. Çalışmalar sonunda 76 familya, 316 cinse ait 720 tür saptanmıştır. Bu türlerlerin dışında 19'u alttür ve 5'i varyete olmak üzere toplam 24 takson belirlenmiştir. Tür ve tür altı taksonları ile beraber çalışma alanındaki takson sayısı 744 olmuştur. Belirlenen türlerden 1 tür Pteridophyta divizyosuna, 719 tür ise Spermatophyta divizyosuna aittir. Gymnospermae alt divizyosu 3 türe, Angiospermae alt divizyosu ise 716 türe sahiptir. Angiosperm'lerden 627 tür Dicotyledone, 89 tür ise Monocotyledone sınıfına aittir. Takson sayıları ve oranlarına göre Fitocoğrafik bölgeler: Çok Bölgeli ve Bilinmeyen 471 (% 65.42), İran–Turan 180 (%25), Avrupa-Sibirya 24 (% 3.33) ve Akdeniz 45 (% 6.25) olarak yer almaktadır. Tür sayısı bakımından en büyük ilk beş familya sırasıyla, Asteraceae (86 tür % 11.94), Brassicaceae (68 tür % 9.44), Fabaceae (50 tür % 6.94), Lamiaceae (49 tür % 6.80) ve Boraginacea (47 tür% 6.52)' dir. Tür sayısı bakımından en büyük ilk beş cins sırasıyla Astragalus (18 tür % 2.50), Alyssum (16 tür % 2.23), Euphorbia (14 tür % 1.95), Allium (13 tür % 1.81) ve Onosma (11 tür % 1.53)' dir. Araştırma alanında belirlenen 720 taksonun 87' si endemiktir. Buna göre alanımızdaki taksonların endemizm oranı % 12.10 olmuştur. En çok endemik takson içeren ilk 3 familya ve oranları, Asteraceae (13 takson; % 25.03), Caryophyllaceae (7 takson; % 8.04) ve Apiaceae (6 takson % 6.89) dir
In this study, the species of vascular plant in Kubbe Mountain (Kale/MALATYA) located in the province of Malatya was investigated between April 2016 to July 2017. In this research area, 1.093 plant specimens were collected. At the end of the study have 720 species, belonging to 316 genera and 76 families were determined. In addition 24 taxon under species level were identified, of which 19 from subspecies, 5 from varieties. The number of taxa in the study area reached to 744 with the species and under species level taxa. Among these species, one species belongs to divisio Pteridophyta, 719 species belong to divisio Spermatophyta. Subdivision Gymnospermae has 3 species, Subdivision Angiospermae has 716 species. 627 Angiosperm species are belonged to Dicotyledonae, 89 Angiosperm species are belonged to the Monocotyledonae. According to the phytogeogreplic regions the number and the ratio of taxa are: 471 taxa (% 65.62) are cosmopolition or unknown, 180 taxa (% 25) Iran-Turan elements are 24 taxa (% 3.33) Euro-Sibirian are 45 taxa (% 6.25) and Mediterranean elements are 45 taxa (% 6.25). The five largest families according to the number of species were determined as; Asteraceae (86 species; 11.94 %), Brassicaceae (68 species; 9.44 %), Fabaceae (50 species; 6.94 %), Lamiaceae (49 species; 6.80 %) and Boraginacea (47 species; 6.52 %), respectively. The five largest genera according to the number of species were determined as Astragalus (18 species; 2.50 %), Alyssum (16 species; 2.23 %), Euphorbia (14 species; 1.95 %), Allium (13 species; 1.81 %) and Onosma (11 species; 1.53 %), respectively. In our research area, 87 of the 720 species was determined as endemic. Endemism ratio of taxa in, in the study area occured 12.10 %.
