Türkiye'de rehberlik ve psikolojik danışmanlık alanında yapılan doktora tezlerinin incelenmesi (2013-2023)

Özet
Araştırmamızda 2013-2023 yılları arasında Türkiye'de Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık (PDR) alanında yapılan doktora tezlerinin incelenerek doktora düzeyindeki lisansüstü araştırma eğilimlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda; YÖK Ulusal Tez Veri Tabanı kullanılarak amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örneklemeyle çalışma kapsamında değerlendirilecek 566 doktora tezine ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada; doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılarak tezler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuş ve araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 'Tez İnceleme Formu' kullanılarak yıl, araştırmacının cinsiyeti, üniversite, enstitü, anabilim dalı, yazıldığı dil, araştırma yöntemi, ölçek çalışmaları (geliştirme & uyarlama), örnekleme yöntemi, örneklem grubu, veri toplama araçları, deneysel çalışmalarda etkililiği sınanan öğeler, istatistiksel programlar ve konu alanları olmak üzere 14 temada değerlendirilmiştir. Doktora tezlerindeki eğilimin önemli bir bölümünün 'pozitif psikoloji, kişilik, kimlik ve benlik' ve 'okul, eğitim ve gelişimsel dönemler' konu başlıklarına yöneldiği, genel tezler arasındaki önemli bir payın Ankara Üniversitesi'ne ait olduğu, araştırmacılar arasında kadınların çoğunlukta olduğu, araştırma desenlerinin nicel ağırlıkta olduğu, çalışma grubunun 'okulöncesi-ilköğretim-ortaöğretim' ve 'üniversite öğrencileri' örneklem gruplarında yoğunlaşmış olduğu, olasılıksız örnekleme yöntemlerinin ve bunlar içerisinde de uygun örnekleme yönteminin daha fazla tercih edildiği, kullanılan istatistik ve veri analiz programlarında SPSS paket programının en çok tercih edilen program olduğu ulaşılan sonuçlardan bazılarıdır. Çalışmada, bulgular ayrıntılandırılmakla birlikte bulgular ışığında görüş ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.
In our research, it is aimed to determine the postgraduate research trends at the doctoral level by examining the doctoral dissertations in the field of Guidance and Psychological Counseling (GPC) in Turkey between 2013-2023. For this purpose, 566 doctoral dissertations to be evaluated within the scope of the study were reached by criterion sampling, one of the purposeful sampling methods, using the YÖK National Thesis Database. In the study, theses were subjected to content analysis by using document review method and evaluated in 14 themes including year, gender of the researcher, university, institute, department, language of writing, research method, scale studies (development & adaptation), sampling method, sample group, data collection tools, items whose effectiveness was tested in experimental studies, statistical programs and subject areas by using the 'Thesis Review Form' prepared by the researcher. A significant portion of the tendency in doctoral theses is towards the topics of 'positive psychology, personality, identity and self' and 'school, education and developmental periods', a significant share of the overall theses belongs to Ankara University, there is a majority of women among the researchers, and the research designs are quantitative, some of the results obtained are that the study group is concentrated in the 'preschool-primary-secondary education' and 'university students' sample groups, non-probability sampling methods and convenient sampling method among them are more preferred, SPSS package program is the most preferred program among the statistical and data analysis programs used. In the study, the findings are detailed and opinions and suggestions are given in the light of the findings.
