dc.description.abstract | A series of NHC-derivative ligands was synthesized from bisbenzimidazole salts as the precursor of N-heterocyclic carbene with chalcogens, carbon disulfide, and phenyl isothiocyanate reagents. These new ligands were used in the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction in the presence of palladium(II) acetate.
