Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırma, farklı branşlardan sporcular ile sedanter bireyler arasındaki morfolojik ve fonksiyonel farklılıkları belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmaya aktif olarak antrenman yapan 32 yüzme, 28 sprinter atletizm sporcusu ve devamlı spor yapmayan 30 sedanter olmak üzere 90 katılımcı dahil edildi. Katılımcıların antropometrik ölçümleri yapıldı ve VO2maks değerleri için YoYo-1 IR1 performans testi, kardiyolojik ölçümler için EKO, EKG ve Holter testleri uygulandı. Çalışmanın istatiksel analizleri için Shapiro-Wilk, tek yönlü ANOVA ve Bonferroni çoklu karşılaştırma testleri kullanıldı. Bulgular: Araştırmada sedanter, yüzme ve sprinter atletizm grubunda yer alan katılımcıların ölçüm ve testler sonunda antropometrik değerlerinde VYO (p=.032), DKB (p=.004); Dayanıklılık performans değerlerinde Yo-Yo IR1 HR (p=.012), Mesafe (p=.000), VO2maks (p=.000); Kardiyolojik EKO değerlerinde IVSd (p=.003), LVPWd (p=.001), IVSs (p=.002), LVPWs ( p=.000), LVdmass (p=.000), LVsmass (p=.000), LVdmass ASE (p=.000), LVsmass ASE (p=.000); EKO ölçümlerinin VYA' da LVSd m2 (p=.012), LVPWd m2 (p=.004), IVSs m2 (p=.016), LVPWs m2 (p=.014); EKG ve HM değerlerinde SDNN Total (p=.030), SDNN Day (p=.014), RMS-SD Total (p=.008), RMS-SD Day (p=.002), SDSD Total (p=.027), SDSD Day (p=0003), HRV İndex (p=.006), TINN (p=.006), Mean RR Total (p=.000), Mean RR Day (p=.000), Mean RR Night (p=.014), Mean RR Delta (p=.027), Mean HR Total (p=.000), Mean HR Day (p=.000), Mean HR Delta (p=.012), pNN50 Total (p=.001), pNN50 Day (p=.000), SDNN İndex Total (p=.001), SDNN İndex Day (p=.000), Heart Rate Max (p=.000),Heart Rate Min (p=.005) ve Heart Rate Mean (p=.000) istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Araştırma neticesinde elde edilen bulgulara göre; düzeli olarak antrenman yapan yüzücülerin kalp morfoloji ve fonksiyonlarının antrenman yapan atletizmciler ve sedander paydaşlarına göre daha farklı bulgulara sahip olduğu görüldü. Aim: This research aims to determine the morphological and functional differences between athletes from different branshes and sedentary individuals. Materyal and Method: A total of 90 participants, including 32 swimming, 28 sprinter and track and field athletes, who were actively training, and 30 sedentary, who did not do sports regularly, were included in the study. Anthropometric measurements of the participants were performed and YoYo-1 IR1 performance test was performed for VO2max values, ECO, EKG and Holter tests were applied for cardiological measurements. Shapiro-Wilk, one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni multiple comparison tests were used for statistical analysis of the study. Results: In the study, the anthropometric values of the participants in the sedentary, swimming and sprinter athletic groups were found to be VYO (p=.032), DKB (p=.004); In endurance performance values, Yo-Yo IR1 HR (p=.012), Distance (p=.000), VO2 max (p=.000); IVSd (p=.003), LVPWd (p=.001), IVSs (p=.002), LVPWs (p=.000), LVdmass (p=.000), LVsmass (p=.000), LVdmass ASE (p=.000), LVsmass ASE (p=.000); In VYA, the EKO measurements were LVSd m2 (p=.012), LVPWd m2 (p=.004), IVSs m2 (p=.016), LVPWs m2 (p=.014); EKG and HM values of SDNN Total (p=.030), SDNN Day (p=.014), RMS-SD Total (p=.008), RMS-SD Day (p=.002), SDSD Total (p=.027), SDSD Day (p=0003), HRV Index (p=.006), TINN (p=.000p RR Mean=.000p RR). 014), Mean RR Delta (p=.027), Mean HR Total (p=.000), Mean HR Day (p=.000), Mean HR Delta (p=.012), pNN50 Total (p=.001), pNN50 Day (p=.000), SDNN Index Total (p=.001), SDNN Index Index Day (p=.000), Heart Rate (p=.000), Heart Rate (statistically significant difference was detected).
