Özet
Çağdaş Şîî müfessirlerin önde gelenlerinden biri Muhammed Cevâd Muğniyye'dir. Pek çok eser kaleme alan Muğniyye'nin önemli eserlerinden biri de yedi ciltlik et-Tefsîru'l-Kâşif adlı eseridir. Muğniyye'nin, bu eserde birçok Ehl-i Sünnet kaynağına başvurması dikkat çekicidir. et-Tefsîru'l-Kâşif'in metodunu konu edinen bu çalışma, giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan meydana gelmiştir. Giriş bölümünde Muğniyye ve eserleriyle ilgili şu ana kadar yapılmış olan bazı çalışmalar ana hatlarıyla tanıtılmıştır. Birinci bölümde Muğniyye'nin hayatı, eserleri ve et-Tefsîru'l-Kâşif'te başvurduğu kaynaklar konu edinmiştir. İkinci bölümde eser metodolojik açıdan irdelenmiştir. Dolayısıyla bu bölümde ilk önce eser Kur'ân ilimleri açısından incelenmeye tabi tutulmuş, sonra da rivâyet ve dirâyet tefsiri açısından değerlendirilerek Muğniyye'nin kendisine has olan metodu ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise Muğniyye'nin, Ehl-i Sünnet ile Şîa arasındaki önemli bazı farklara yaklaşımı ele alınmış ve onun ne ölçüde mezhebî önyargıların etkisinde kaldığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
One of the leading scholars of contemporary Shi'i is Muhammad Cevâd Muğhniyye. One of the important works of Muğniyye is et-Tefsîru'l-Kâşif, which received many works and consist of seven-volume. It is remarkable that Muğniyye refer to many sources of Ahl-i Sunnah in this work. This work, which took the subject of et-Tefsîru'l-Kâşif as a subject, came to the fore as an introduction, in three sections and as a result. In the introduction part, some works which have been made about Muğniyye and its works so far have been introduced with outline. In the first part, the subject of the life, works and references of Muğniyye in the et-Tefsîru'l-Kâşif are mentioned. In the second part, the work was examined from a methodological point of view. Therefore, in this section, the work was first examined in terms of the Qur'anic sciences, and then the narrative and the circle were evaluated from the point of view of tafsiri and tried to reveal the method of the Muğniyye itself. In the third part, the approach of the Muğniyye to some important differences between the Ahl-i Sunnah and Shia was examined and it was attempted to determine to what extent it was influenced by sectarian prejudices.
