Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırmada erken çocukluk döneminde çeşitli değişkenler açısından DEHB profilinin çıkarılması ve ebeveyn tutumları ile (demokratik, otoriter ve koruyucu/istekçi tutum alt boyutlarının) dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğu bulguları arasındaki ilişkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma tarama modellerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Malatya il merkezinde yer alan resmi ve özel anaokulların da kayıtlı öğrencilerden oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemi, anaokullarına devam eden ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılmayı kabul eden öğrenci ebeveynleri ile okul öncesi öğretmenlerinden oluşmuştur. Malatya İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'den alınan kayıtlı öğrenci sayısının 5277 olduğu öğrenilmiş ve okul müdürleriyle yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda öğrenime devam eden 2768 öğrenciye tespit edilerek formlar dağıtılmış olup, 1942 tanesi toplanmıştır. Veriler; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Vanderbit DEHB Öğretmen Değerlendirme Ölçeği, Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Formlar öğretmen ve ebeveynlere elden ulaştırılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde yüzde, frekans, kikare analizi, Independent Samples T testi, One Way ANOVA analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Vanderbilt DEHB Öğretmen Değerlendirme Ölçeğinin alt boyut ve toplam puanları ile ebeveyn tutum ölçeğinin demokratik tutum alt boyutuna ilişkin verilerin yüksek düzeyde güvenilir olduğu, ebeveyn tutum ölçeğinin diğer alt boyutları ile toplam puanına ilişkin verilerin ise analiz için yeterli düzeyde güvenilir olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında öğrenimine devam eden 1942 öğrencinin bulunduğu Malatya İli örnekleminde Vanderbilt DEHB öğretmen değerlendirme ölçeği ile ebeveyn tutum ölçeklerini aynı öğrenci için dolduran öğretmen ve veli formlarından faydalanılarak oluşturulan puanlama sonucunda DEHB belirtisi gösteren 388 çocuk saptanmıştır. Aim: Research, in determining the ADHD profile in early childhood; early diagnosis was made to investigate the relationship between family attitudes (democratic, authoritarian and protective/demanding attitude sub-dimensions) and ADHD findings. Material and Method:This research was conducted as a relational survey model, one of the survey models.The universe of the research; It consists of registered students in public and private kindergartens in the city center of Malatya in the 2021-2022 academic year.The sample of the study consisted of the parents of the students who attended kindergartens and agreed to participate in the research voluntarily, and preschool teachers.It was learned from Malatya Provincial Directorate of National Education that the number of registered students before starting the research was 5277, and as a result of the interviews with the school principals, the form was distributed to 2768 continuing students, and 1942 of them were collected.Data; Personal Information Form, Vanderbit ADHD teacher rating scale, and Parental Attitude Scale were used.The research data were collected by sending the forms to the teachers and parents by hand. Percentage, frequency, chi-square analysis, Independent Samples T test, One Way ANOVA analysis were used in the analysis of the data collected in the study. Results: It was found that the data on the sub-dimensions and total scores of the Vanderbilt ADHD Teacher Evaluation Scale and the democratic attitude sub-dimension of the parent attitude scale were highly reliable, while the data on the other sub-dimensions and the total score of the parent attitude scale were found to be sufficiently reliable for analysis. Conclusion: In the sample of 1942 students attending pre-school education institutions, ADHD criteria were determined in 388 children, according to the condition of accepting the presence of symptoms if they got sufficient points from the teacher and parent forms who filled the Vanderbilt ADHD teacher evaluation scale and parent attitude scales for the same student.
