Ülkemiz gibi sermaye yapıları yeterince gelişmemiş ülkelerin bu açığı kapatmak üzere dışarıdan sermaye bulma yöntemleri üzerine birçok teori geliştirilmiştir. Sermaye girdisi sağlama yöntemlerinden biri olan yabancı sermayenin ülkeye çekilmesi hususuna Türkiye'de özellikle 1980'li yıllardan sonra büyük önem verilmiştir. Yabancı yatırımların üretime katılması ülkenin rekabet edebilme düzeyinin ve üretiminin artmasına, istihdam yaratmaya dolayısıyla büyümeye, ekonomik canlılığa vb. etkilere sahip olmaktadır. Bu sebeplerle genel itibariyle yabancı yatırımların ekonomik etkileri literatürde önemli bir çalışma konusu olmuştur. Ancak ülkeye kabul edilen yabancı yatırımların ülkenin ekonomik göstergelerinde olduğu kadar finansal göstergelerinde ne denli bir etkileşim içinde oduğuna dair yeterli çalışma bulunmamaktadır. DYY'ler ile finansal göstergeler olarak seçilen belli başlı değişkenler arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisinin yönünün belirlenmesi geliştirilebilecek uzun dönemli politikalar açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Konunun önemi nedeniyle çalışmamızda 2005/09-2018/10 dönemini kapsayan tarih aralığı için aylık verilerle Türkiye'ye gelen doğrudan yabancı yatırımların ülkemizin finansal göstergeleri üzerine etkileri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında Türkiye'ye gelen doğrudan yabancı yatırım verileri (net girişler) ile finansal göstergeler kapsamında belirlenen değişkenler (Borsa 100 Endeksi, Döviz Alış Kuru (Dolar/TürkLirası Kuru), Gösterge Faizi, Ticari Kredi Faizi, Mevduat Faizi ve Bankalar Tarafından Verilen Yurtiçi Krediler) arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek üzere Augmented Dickey Fuller ve Philips-Perron Durağanlık ve Birim Kök Testleri, Lumsdaine-Papell Yapısal Kırılma Testi ve VAR modelinde gecikme uzunlukları tespit edilerek Toda-Yamamoto Nedensellik Testi uygulanmıştır. Test bulgularına göre DYY'ler ile Borsa 100 Endeksi arasında çift yönlü, DYY'lerden Döviz Alış Kur'una ve Ticari Kredi Faizi'ne doğru tek yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. DYY'ler ile Gösterge Faiz, Mevduat Faizi ve Bankalar Tarafından Verilen Yurtiçi Krediler göstergelerine ilişkin herhangi bir nedensellik etkileşimine rastlanamamış olup konuya ilişkin analiz sonuçları değerlendirilerek öneriler sunulmuştur.
Many theories have been developed on developing countries, such as our country, whose capital structures are not sufficiently developed, on how to find external capital to cover this gap. In Turkey, especially after 1980s, had given great importance in the matter of withdraw considerations on the foreign capital entered the country, as one of the method of providing the capital. Participation of foreign investment in production increases the seviye of competition and production of the country, has to creating employment whereat to growing, to economic vitality and so effects. For these reasons, the economic effects of foreign investments in general have been an important subject in the literature. However, there are not enough studies on the extent to which the foreign investments adopted in the country interact in their financial indicators as well as in the country's economic indicators. The direction of the causality relationship between the FDIs and the major Değişkens chosen as financial indicators is crucial for long-term policies that can be developed. In our study because of the importance of the issue for the date range covering the period of 2005/09-2018/10 foreign direct investment came to Turkey with the monthly data are trying to put forward their effects on our country's financial indicators. Scope of the research to determine the relationship between Turkey's FDI data (net inflows) and the Değişkens determined in the context of financial indicators (Exchange 100 Index, Foreign Exchange Rate (Dollar / Turkish Lira Exchange Rate), Benchmark Interest Rate, Commercial Loan Rates, Deposit Interest and Domestic Credit Provided by Banks), was applied Augmented Dickey Fuller and Philips-Perron Stability and Unit Root Tests, Lumsdaine-Papell Structural Fracture Test, VAR lengths were determined and Toda-Yamamoto Causality Test. According to the test results, there is a two-way relationship between FDI and Stock Exchange 100 Index and a one-way relationship between FDI and FX purchase rates and commercial credit interest rates. There is no causality interaction between FDI and Benchmark Interest Rate, Deposit Interest and Domestic Credit Provided by Banks and then the results of the analysis are evaluated and suggestions are presented.
