Küresel ve hızlı değişen dünyada, firmaların artan rekabet güçlüğü nedeniyle işverenler; üreten, değişime ayak uyduran iş görenler ve bu iş görenlerin örgütlerine bağlılıklarının önemi üzerinde durmuştur. Örgütsel adalet iş görenin tutum ve davranışlarını etkileyebilmektedir. Örgütsel adaletin iş gören tarafından olumlu algılanması iş görenin işe bağlılığını arttırabilmekte, kendisine verilen sorumlulukları yerine getirmede daha fazla çaba harcamakta ve yöneticilerine güveni artabilmektedir. Ancak adaletin iş gören tarafından olumsuz algılanması iş görenin stres yaşamasına yol açabilir, verimlilik düşebilir ve iş görenin işten ayrılma eğilimine kadar gitmesine neden olabilir. Bu nedenle yöneticilerin örgütsel adalet kavramına önem vermesi gerekmektedir. Bu tez çalışması, örgütsel adalet ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemeye yönelik bir araştırmadır. Bu kapsamda, ilk bölümde; örgütsel adalet ile ilgili kavramlar, teoriler, alt boyutları, önemi ve sonuçlarına değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, örgütsel bağlılık konusu ile ilgili olan kavramlar, yaklaşımlar, bağlılığa etki eden faktörler, önemi ve sonuçlarına değinilmiştir. Son bölümde ise örgütsel adalet ile örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisini incelemek için Malatya ili Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde faaliyette bulunan buhar kazanları üreten bir firma iş görenlerine anket uygulanmıştır. Yapılan anketlerle bilgiler toplanmış, elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda istatiksel analizler yapılarak örgütsel adalet ile örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, örgütsel adalet ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında pozitif yönlü ve orta düzey ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Due to the increasing competitiveness of companies in a global and rapidly changing world, employers have emphasized the importance of those who produce, keep up with change, and the commitment of these employees to their organizations. Organizational justice can affect the attitudes and behaviors of the employee. The positive perception of organizational justice by the employee can increase the employee's commitment to the work, make more effort in fulfilling the responsibilities assigned to him and can increase confidence his managers. However, a negative perception of justice by the employee can lead to the employee experiencing stress, productivity may decrease and cause the employee to go as far as the tendency to quit the job. Therefore, managers need to attach importance to the concept of organizational justice. This thesis is a research to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. In this context, in the first section; Concepts, theories, sub-dimensions, importance and results related to organizational justice are mentioned. In the second section; the concepts, approaches, factors affecting the organizational commitment, its importance and results related to the subject of organizational commitment are mentioned. In the final section, in order to examine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, a questionnaire was applied to the employees of a company that produces steam boilers operating in the Organized Industrial Zone of Malatya province. Information was collected through questionnaires, statistical analyses were made in accordance with the information obtained, and the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment was discussed. According to the results of the analysis, a positive and moderate relationship was found between organizational justice and organizational commitment.
