Kapsüloreksis sonrası göziçi lens santralizasyonunun prospektif değerlendirilmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Çalışmanın amacı kontinyus kurvilineer kapsüloreksis (KKK) sonrası kapsül içi göziçi lens (GİL) implantasyonu yapılan olgularda, GİL Santralizasyonunun ve kapsül ile ilgili komplikasyonların değerlendirilmesidir. Bu prospektif çalışmada KKK ile ekstrakapsüler katarakt ekstraksiyonu (EKKE) ve kapsül içi GİL implantasyonu yapılan 27 olgu ile fakoemülsifikasyon ve kapsül içi lens GİL implantasyonu yapılan 11 olgu (toplam 38 olgu) değerlendirildi. Ortalama takip süresi 28 hafta (26 ile 41 hafta arası) idi. Postoperatif tashihli 5/10 ve üzeri elde edilen görme keskinliği oranı %78.94 (30 göz) 'dür. İntraoperatif en sık %23.63 (9 göz) rastlanılan komplikasyon radiyal ön kapsül yırtılmasıdır. Ortalama takip süresi sonunda kapsül içi fiksasyonun % 78.94 oranında (30 göz) devam ettiği görülürken, %7.89 oranında (3 göz) bir haptikte sulkusa yer değiştirme ve %15.78 oranında (6 göz) 1-2 mm arasında desantralizasyon tespit edildi. Posloperatif 7 (%18.42) olguda arka kapsül kesifleşmesi, 1(%2.63) olguda ise kapsül kontraksiyon sendromu meydana geldi ve bunların hepsinde Nd: YAG kapsülotomi uygulandı. Özellikle fakoemülsifikasyon cerrahisine geçiş ile birlikle popülaritesi giderek artan bir anterior kapsülotomi metodu olan KKK'nin GİL Santralizasyonunun korunmasında önemli rol oynadığı ve EKKE cerrahisiyle beraber de kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The objective of the present study is to assess of intraocular lens centration and complications regarding the capsule in patients with intraocular lens implantation after curvilinear continuous capsulorhexis (CCC) prospectively. In this study, 27 patients who underwent extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with in-the-bag intraocular lens (IOL) implantation and 11 patients who underwent phacoemulsification with in-the-bag implantation combined with capsulorhexis were evaluated. Mean follow up was 28 weeks (range, 26 to 41 weeks). Best-corrected visual acuity of 5/10 or better was achieved in 78.94 % (30 eyes) of patients postoperatively. The most common 23.68% (9 eyes) intraoperative complication was radial tear of anterior capsule. At the end of mean follow up period, capsular fixation was keeping its condition in 78.94 % (30 eyes), while one haptic shift to the sulcus in 7.89% (3 eyes) and decentration among 1 mm to 2 mm in 15.78 % (6 eyes) were detected. Postoperatively, posterior capsule opacification in 7 eyes (18.42%) and capsule contraction syndrome in 1 eyes (2.63%) were determined and Nd: YAG capsulotomy was performed in these cases. We concluded that CCC which is an increasingly popular method of anterior capsulotomy, especially with the transition to phacoemulsiftcation surgery is playing an important role of in maintaining of IOL centration and can also be used with ECCE surgery. | en_US |
