Özet
The purpose of this study is to develop a scale in order to determine principals’ entrepreneurship level. There were two different sample and application in this study. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted 201 principals who work in Kocaeliİzmit at primary and secondary schools. According to EFA data, the scale has two component and one factor. Its items explained 54.67% of the total variance. First application the scale’s internal consistency coefficient .96. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed in the other sample of the study consists of 247 principals who works in Sivas central district at primary and secondary schools. The CFA data showed that the scale has adequate goodness of fit index (x2 /sd = 185.8/86= 2,16; RMSEA=.07; RMR=.03; GFI= .89; CFI= .97 ve NFI= .95). As a result, EFA data coincide with CFA data. The scale, likert scale ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree) is a reliable and valid instrument with 2 component and one factor and has 15 items.
