| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu yazıda mağdurun hakları ve güvenliği konusunda eksik olan yasal düzenlemeler sebebiyle cerrahi uygulamalar sonrasında karşılaşılan güncel uygulamalardaki eksiklikler konu edilmiştir. Yasal düzenlemelerdeki boşluk sebebiyle, kaybedilen hayatlar, emek, zaman ve para bir olgu bazında ele alınarak; uygulamadaki sorunların giderilmesi ve acil ve adli vakalarla uğraşan cerrahların daha huzurlu olabilecekleri ortamların oluşturulması için gerekli yasal düzenlemeleri içeren önerilerde bulunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In this article the deficits that are encountered in daily practice after surgical interventions due to the gap in the laws about the rights and the safety of the injured party were discussed. Lost of the lives, labors, times and money due to the gap in the laws were evaluated on the basis of a case and some legal solutions that might be useful to rule out the problems in routine practice were suggested for making the surgeons that are confronding with the emergency caser feel good. | en_US |
