Özet
Öz: Bu çalışmada, XIII. yüzyılda yaşamış, hayatını tamamen ilme adamış ve birçok alanda çok sayıda eser meydana getirmiş olan Şâfiî mezhebine mensup büyük âlim İmam Nevevî’nin (ö. 676/1277) “Fetâva’l-İmâm en-Nevevî / el-Mesâilü’l-mensûre” adlı eserindeki mûsiki ile alakalı fetvaları tespit edilip incelenmeye çalışıldı. İlk önce Nevevî’nin hayatı ve eserleri hakkında genel bilgiler verilerek fetvalarını içeren eseri biraz daha ayrıntılı incelendi. Tespit edilen fetvalar uygun başlıklar altında tasnif edilip tercümeleri yapıldıktan sonra kısaca değerlendirildi. Eserin muhakkiki tarafından yapılan değerlendirme ve yorumlar da tercüme edilerek ilgili yerlerde aktarıldı. Nevevî’nin fetvaları penceresinden bakıldığında; Şâfiî mezhebinin mûsikinin lehinde veya aleyhinde mutlak olarak bir hüküm vermediği, bazı kayıtlara bağlı olarak farklı hükümler verdiği görülecektir.
Öz: In this study, the fatwas given by the great Shafi scholar Imam Nawawı? (d. 676/1277) related to music in his work "Fetawa al-Imam al- Nawawı?/al-Mesa?il al-Mensu?re” is examined. Shafi lived in the 13th century and had devoted his life entirely to science and who had created many works in many fields. Firstly, general information was presented about the life and works of Nawawı?, and then his work containing his fatwas was analyzed in more detail. After the classification under suitable titles and translation of the identified fatwas, they were evaluated briefly. Reviews and comments of the investigator of the work were also translated to Turkish and transferred to the relevant places of this study. From the point of view of Nawawi's fatwas, it is clear that Shafi'i sect had passed no absolute judgements in favor of or against music, and it had passed different judgements depending on some conditions.
