Abstract
Preschool inclusion is a practice that provide an environment for the children with special
needs and with their typical development peers together and exist in the scope of laws and
regulations in Turkey. The benefits of preschool inclusion, which is mentioned in the
research area recently, is especially revealed for both the children with special needs and
their typical development peers. The aim of this study is to review the studies in Turkey
about preschool inclusion and published in peer-reviewed journal by focusing their methods
and results. 58 studies about preschool inclusion between 1992-2016 is found by examining
the data base. In this basic interpretive qualitative design research, the studies are
examined by using document analysis. Findings are discussed within the frame of literature
and suggestions are developed.
