| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu çalışmanın konusu "Klinik Bilgi Sistemlerine İlişkin Lisans Sözleşmeleri Hakkında Değerlendirmeler"dir. Çalışmada öncelikle klinik bilgi sistemlerine gelen süreç ele alınmıştır. Akabinde klinik bilgi sistemlerinin ne olduğu ve işlevleri izah edilmiştir. Daha sonra klinik bilgi sistemlerinin lisans sözleşmelerine konu olması açıklanmıştır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle lisans sözleşmeleri hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Bunun ardından klinik bilgi sistemlerine ilişkin lisans sözleşmelerinde yer alan hükümler incelenmiş ve tavsiyeler sunulmuştur. Nihayet çalışma sırasında edinilen kanaatlere topluca sonuç kısmında yer verilmiştir. Başlık (İngilizce): EVALUATIONS ON LICENSE CONTRACTS FOR CLINICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS Öz (İngilizce): The subject of this study is "Evaluations on License Contracts for Clinical Information Systems". In the study, firstly, the process that came to the clinical information systems was discussed. After that, clinical information systems and their functions are explained. It is then explained that the clinical information systems are subject to license agreements. In this context, general information about licensing agreements was given first. Subsequently, the provisions in the license contracts for clinical information systems have been reviewed and recommendations have been made. Finally, the opinions obtained during the study were collectively included in the conclusion. | en_US |
