| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Off-pump koroner arter baypas (OPKAB) fizyolojik dolaşım ve solunum fonksiyonlarını koruması nedeniyle kardiyopulmoner baypasa (KPB) göre alternatif bir yöntemdir. İnme baypas cerrahisinin majör komplikasyonlarındandır ve OPKAB'de daha ender görülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, off-pump koroner arter baypas sırasında serebral emboliye bağlı orta serebral arter (MCA) infarktı gelişen olguyu sunduk. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Cerebral Embolism During Off-Pump Coronary Artery BypassOff-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) is an alternative method to on pump cardiopulmonary bypass (OPCPB) thanks to the protection of physiological circulation and lung function. Stroke is one of the major complication of bypass surgery and seen more rarely during OPCAB.
