Özet
Öz: Liken planus (LP) deri, mukoz membranlar ve saçlı deriyi etkileyen, kaşıntılı inflamatuar bir hastalıktır. LP tanısı konulan 10 hastaya, günde 50mg asitretin verilerek bu monoterapinin etkinliği değerlendirildi. Sonuçta asitretinin LP tedavisinde alternatif bir tedavi olabileceği kanaatine varıldı.
Abstract: Lichen planus is a common, pruritic, inflammatory disease of the skin, hair follicles and mucous membrans. Acitretin was administered to 10 patients with lichen planus, 50 mg/day and the efficacy of this monotherapy was determined. It was concluded that acitretin therapy may provide an alternative way of treatment in patients with lichen planus.
