| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Biri 43, diğeri 46 yaşlarında bir kadın ve bir erkek hastada mandibulada saptanan büyük kistlerin enükleasyonundan sonra oluşan kavite, solventlerle dehidrate edilmiş allogreft kemikle dolduruldu. Her iki olgunun ameliyat sonrası mandibula bilgisayarlı tomografilerinde düzgün konturlu ve mandibula normal tarafı ile eş dansiteli radyografik sonuç elde edildi ve semptom görülmedi. Solventlerle dehidrate edilmiş kemik allogreftlerinin kavite rejenerasyonunda etkili ve pratik olduğu saptandı; ancak pahalı olmaları nedeniyle, bu materyallerin sadece endikasyonu olan olgularda kullanımı gerekir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Large mandibular cysts detected in two patients (female, age 43; male, age 46) were enucleated followed by immediate grafting of the cavities with the use of solvent-dehydrated bone allografts. Postoperative computed tomographic examination showed complete regeneration of the cavity with regular contours and similar density to that of the normal side. The patients were free of symptoms. Solvent-dehydrated bone allografts were found practical and effective in cavity regeneration; howev-er, the high cost of these materials limits their use to only selected cases. | en_US |
