dc.description.abstractAni ölüm nedeniyle adli hekimliğin inceleme alanına giren olgularda kardiyovasküler patolojiler birinci sıradadır. Buna karşılık gelişmekte olan ülkelerde enfeksiyon hastalıkları önemini korumaktadır. 21 yaşında bir erkekte ani ölüm sonrası yapılan adli otopside akciğer tüberkülozuna bağlı kanamanın ölüm nedeni olduğu tespit edildi. Olgu, ölüm öncesi tanımlanmamış bir hastalığın gösterilebilmesi yönüyle ani ölüm olgularının adli otopsi ile aydınlatılmasının önemini vurgulayan bir örnektir. Bu tür olguların tanınması yeni hastaların önlenebilmesini sağlayacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn forensic medical cases investigated due to sudden death, cardiovascular pathologies rank first. However, in developing countries infectious diseases are stil important. Forensic autopsy following sudden death in a 21 year old male revealed bleeding due to pulmonary tuberculosis as the cause of death. This case emphasizes the importance of forensic autopsy in revealing diseases which are not clearly defined premortem. Recognition of such cases will prevent the emergence of new ones.en_US
