Özet
Karpal tünel sendromlu (KTS) gebelerde standart elektrofizyolojik incelemelerin duyarlılığı ve normal gebeler ve gebe olmayan KTS'lu kadınlara göre farkları araştırıldı. KTS'lu gebelerin %2~.3ünde elektrofizyolojik anormalite saptanırken, hu oran gebe olmayan KTS'lu kadınlar grubu için %9I.~ olarak bulundu. I'ç grubun standart elektrofizyolojik inceleme sonuçlarının belirgin fark gösterdiği şafttandı. KTS tanısı ile elektrofizyolojik inceleme yapılan gebelerde, standart çalışmalarla anormalite saptanamadığı durumlarda, farktı elektrofizyolojik teknik ve parametrelerin kullanılması gerektiği düşunuldü.
In this study, ur evaluated the sensitivity of standart electroplıysiological studies in the pregnant women with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). compared with the non-pregnant women with ("IS and the //regnant women without CTS. Significantly different results on standart electroplıysiological parameters were present between three groups. He concluded that different electroplıysiological investigation and parameters on suspicion of ("IS in the //regnant women are needed when the standart electroplıysiological studies are normal.
