| dc.description.abstract | Karpal tünel sendromlu (KTS) gebelerde standart elektrofizyolojik incelemelerin duyarlılığı ve normal gebeler ve gebe olmayan KTS'lu kadınlara göre farkları araştırıldı. KTS'lu gebelerin %2~.3ünde elektrofizyolojik anormalite saptanırken, hu oran gebe olmayan KTS'lu kadınlar grubu için %9I.~ olarak bulundu. I'ç grubun standart elektrofizyolojik inceleme sonuçlarının belirgin fark gösterdiği şafttandı. KTS tanısı ile elektrofizyolojik inceleme yapılan gebelerde, standart çalışmalarla anormalite saptanamadığı durumlarda, farktı elektrofizyolojik teknik ve parametrelerin kullanılması gerektiği düşunuldü. | en_US |
