| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Müşteri memnuniyeti kurumların; satış, tasarım ve geleceği planlamalarında gün geçtikçe etkisini giderek daha fazla hissettirmektedir. Ürün tasarımında müşteri memnuniyeti, ürünün müşterinin beklentilerine göre şekillenmesi ve içeriğinin oluşturulması anlamını taşımaktadır. Bu ürettiğimi satabilirim anlayışının yerini, müşterinin isteklerini üretebilirsem satabilirim anlayışına terk etmesidir. Malatya sanayi işletmelerine ürün tasarımında müşteri beklentilerinin ne derece dikkate alındığını belirlemek üzere üç yüz kırk dört işletmeye basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntem ile bir anket uygulanarak sonuçlar irdelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Customer satisfaction is becoming increasingly influential in the sales, design and future planning of institutions. Customer satisfaction in product design means the shaping of product and the formation of content according to the customers' expectation. This lead to the replacement of the understanding "I can sell my product" to the "I can sell it if I can produce it according to customers' expectation". In order to determine the degree of customer expectation in product design, a questionnaire was applied to three hundred forty-four operations of the Malatya industrial enterprises by simple random sample method and the results were examined. | en_US |
