Özet
Bu çalışmada, faktör analizinin teorik yapısı incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, öğrencilerin lisansüstü eğitime olan tutumlarını belirlemek ve belirlenen yapıları faktör analizi yardımıyla incelemektir. Çalışmada, 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim dönemlerinde İnönü Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Ekonometri Bölümü lisans öğrencileri ile yapılan ankette elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. SPSS 22.0 paket programı kullanılarak elde edilen verilere açıklayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre, işlev faktörü ve istek faktörü olarak isimlendirilen iki ayrı faktör elde edilmiştir. In this study, the theoretical structure of factor analysis is examined. The aim of the study is to determine the attitudes of students towards graduate education and to examine the structures determined by factor analysis. In the study, the data obtained from the survey conducted with undergraduate students of Inonu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Econometrics in 2017-2018 academic years were used. Explanatory factor analysis was applied to the data obtained by using SPSS 22.0 package program. According to the results of factor analysis, two different factors called function factor and desire factor were obtained. Key words: Factor analysis, Graduate Education, Department of Econometrics
