| dc.description | Öz (İngilizce):Bronchocentric granulomatosis is a chronic granulomatous pulmonary disease which develops with continuos inflamatory stimulus. It is characterized with obstruction, wall ulceration and destruction in distal airways, and necrotizing granulomas around and in the walls of bronchioles. We report a 39 year-old asthmatic man with bronchocentric granulomatosis presented with spontaneous pneumothorax. He is operated on for unresolved pneumothorax and diagnosed with the biopsy taken during thoracotomy. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bronkosentrik granülomatozis sürekli inflamatuvar stimülus ile oluşan bir kronik granülomatöz akciğer hastalığıdır. Distal hava yollarında tıkanma, duvar ülserasyonu ve destrüksiyon ve bronşiyol duvarı ve çevresinde nekrotizan granülomlarla karakterizedir. Spontan pnömotoraks ile prezente olan 39 yaşında astmatik bir bronkosentrik granülomatozis olgusu sunulmuştur. Olgu, düzelmeyen pnömotoraks nedeniyle opere edilmiş ve torakotomi esnasında alınan biyopsi ile teşhis edilmiştir. | en_US |
