| dc.description.abstract | Türkiye ekonomisinde istihdamın çoğunluğunu, tüm dünyada olduğu gibi KOBİ‟ler oluşturmaktadır. KOBİ‟lerin ekonomimizdeki yeri ve önemi dikkate alındığında esnek ve ekonomik ortama hemen tepki verebilen yapıdaki özellikte olmaları yaptığımız anket çalışmasında baz almamız için bir sebep teşkil etmiştir. KOBİ‟lerin, GSMH ‟da büyüme görüldüğünde istihdamlarını artırdıkları, kriz zamanlarında ise istihdamlarını azalttıkları bilinmektedir. Bu açıdan düşünülürse, krizin öncü göstergeleri oldukları bile düşünülebilir. Dolayısıyla, krizin Türkiye ekonomisine etkileri söz konusu olduğunda KOBİ„ler odak olmakta ve etkisi şiddetli bir şekilde bu kuruluşlar tarafından hissedilmektedir. Çalışmamızda, Balıkesir ili merkez ilçesinde ekonomik krizin KOBİ„lere etkilerinin ne yönde olduğunun öğrenilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Kriz esnasında nasıl bir yönetim tarzı oluşturdukları, krize yaklaşımları ve bakış açıları, kriz yönetimiyle ilgili uygulayabileceği stratejileri, geleceğe yönelik beklentileri dikkate alındığında krizin KOBİ„lerin bugün aldıkları kararları nasıl etkilediğinin öğrenilmesi araştırmamızda yer almıştır. İşletmelerin beklentileri, ekonomide geleceği oluşturan önemli bir faktör olmakla birlikte alacakları kararlar da öne çıkmaktadır. Bundan dolayı ekonominin krizden çıkmak için KOBİ‟lerin görüş ve tutumları değişen konjontürde nasıl davranış gösterdikleri özellikle istihdam ve piyasa dengeleri açısından önem arz etmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | SME‟s are the biggest employers in Turkish Economic area as in the rest of the world. When the place and the importance of SME‟s are considered, they immediately react to elastic and economic conditions. This quick reaction of SME‟s caused us to make it the basis of our made survey Project. It‟s well-known that SME‟s increase their employment capacity when the GNP (Gross National Product or National Income) grows, but when there‟s crisis then they decrease the capacity. From this point of view, they can be considered as the leading indicators of a crisis. However, when the impact of crisis, to Turkish Economy is talked about SME‟s become the focus and they suffer the deepest effects of the crisis. Our Project„s aim is to learn the economic crisis effects on SME‟s in Balıkesir. When SME‟s management style, approaches to crisis and point of view, the strategies that they can apply about the crisis management and expectations fort he future during the crisis are considered, we put the search of crisis effects on their decisions in our Project. The expectations of the enterprises are not the only important factors in forming the future in the economy but also their decisions become prominent as well. As a result, once the economy overcomes the crisis, SME‟s thoughts and attitudes and their reaction to the changing economic situation of country (conjuncture) are really important especially for employment and market equilibrium. | en_US |
