Özet
Öz: Bu çalışmada, II. Meşrutiyet dönemi Türk ordusunun okuma yazma bilmeyen erler için nasıl bir okuma yöntem ve tekniği geliştirdiği, bu yöntem ve teknikleri hangi eserler aracılığıyla uyguladığı üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu kapsamda II. Meşrutiyet döneminde yayımlanan ve hedef kitlenin özelliklerini gözeten Askere Mahsus Kıraat Dersleri Birinci Kısım Elifba adlı eser ve Islah-ı Huruf Cemiyetinin önerdiği yeni harflerden oluşan ve Enver Paşa’nın Harbiye Nazırlığı döneminde yayımlanan Orduda Yeni Osmanlı Elifbası adlı iki eser çözümlenmiştir. II. Meşrutiyet Dönemi Osmanlı Ordusunda okuma yazma öğretimi hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi vermeden önce Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından günümüze Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde okuma-yazma seferberliği genel hatlarıyla tanıtılmıştır. Çalışma nitel bir araştırma olup doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
Abstract: In this study, II. Constitutional Monarchy illiterate period of the Turkish army for non-termination of how a reading methods and techniques developed by these methods and techniques through which work is focused on the application. In this context, II. Constitutional Monarchy, published in the period and the target group's characteristics with respect to military Askere Mahsus Kıraat Dersleri Birinci Kısım Elifba his work, and Islah-ı Huruf Cemiyeti suggests a new form of letters and Enver Pasha's Harbiye Nazir published in the period in Orduda Yeni Osmanlı Elifbası called two works was resolved. II. Constitutional Monarchy Period literacy education in the Ottoman army before giving detailed information about the early years of the Republic of the Turkish Armed Forces present in the reading-writing campaign to the general line is introduced. Working as a qualitative research method was used, and document review.
