| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu çalışmada, II. Meşrutiyet dönemi Türk ordusunun okuma yazma bilmeyen erler için nasıl bir okuma yöntem ve tekniği geliştirdiği, bu yöntem ve teknikleri hangi eserler aracılığıyla uyguladığı üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu kapsamda II. Meşrutiyet döneminde yayımlanan ve hedef kitlenin özelliklerini gözeten Askere Mahsus Kıraat Dersleri Birinci Kısım Elifba adlı eser ve Islah-ı Huruf Cemiyetinin önerdiği yeni harflerden oluşan ve Enver Paşa’nın Harbiye Nazırlığı döneminde yayımlanan Orduda Yeni Osmanlı Elifbası adlı iki eser çözümlenmiştir. II. Meşrutiyet Dönemi Osmanlı Ordusunda okuma yazma öğretimi hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi vermeden önce Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından günümüze Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde okuma-yazma seferberliği genel hatlarıyla tanıtılmıştır. Çalışma nitel bir araştırma olup doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. | en_US |
